House on Fairmount was about taking a home with a strong foundation and giving it the warmth, cohesion, and personality it was missing. The spaces needed to feel more connected and intentional, while still staying comfortable and easy to live in.
The result is a home that feels settled, collected, and refined without ever feeling overly designed.

Rooted & Refined was about helping a home feel more personal, settled, and reflective of the family living in it. After relocating from Chicago to Arizona, the homeowners wanted to bring more warmth, character, and intention to the spaces they used every day without losing the bones of the home.
Through targeted renovations, custom millwork, furnishings, lighting, and layered details, we created a home that feels polished but still comfortable—rooted in where they are now and refined in a way that feels entirely their own.

Villa Solara is a deeply personal, phased renovation of my own 1980s home—one with great bones that I never wanted to erase, only make more our own.
We’re thoughtfully layering in new furnishings, drapery, lighting, a reimagined backyard for entertaining, and future kitchen and bathroom renovations to create a home that feels warmer, more functional, and more reflective of the way we live now.

Maison Paramour was an opportunity to completely rethink a primary suite around the person actually using it. The existing spaces weren’t offering the function, storage, or sense of retreat they could, so the layout was reworked to create an expanded bathroom, custom walk-in closet, and bedroom with a much stronger point of view.
The result is a primary suite that feels elevated, deeply personal, and designed around everyday routines.

Maison Paramour Phase 2 expands the story beyond the primary suite, carrying the home’s warm, tailored character through the kitchen, living spaces, bathrooms, laundry room, flex room, and other everyday spaces.
The goal is to create a stronger sense of continuity throughout the house while giving each room enough personality to feel collected rather than repeated.

Created for Canadian homeowners seeking a warmer, more functional second home, the project blends thoughtful layout improvements, layered storage, natural textures, and elevated materials to create a space that feels both refined and deeply comfortable.

Earthen Ease was designed around a simple idea: a professional office doesn’t have to feel corporate to be taken seriously. The goal was to create spaces that supported focused work and meaningful conversation while bringing in the warmth and comfort more often associated with residential interiors.
The result is an office that feels polished and professional, but also approachable, comfortable, and genuinely pleasant to spend time in.

Tuscan No More was an exercise in knowing what to change—and what was worth keeping. The home had great bones, but its heavier Tuscan finishes were making the spaces feel dated. Instead of starting over completely, I focused on the updates that would have the greatest impact.
The result is a home that feels lighter, more current, and more refined without losing the character or quality of what was already there.

Contemporary Casa Vida was designed to bring warmth and character to a large-scale new build without losing the ease of modern living. Spanish-influenced architecture, natural stone, warm wood, and thoughtful detailing give the home a sense of history, while clean lines and open spaces keep it feeling fresh and current.
The result is a home that feels substantial but never overwhelming—layered, inviting, and designed to be lived in.
