Residential Project

maison paramour | Phase two

Maison Paramour Phase 2 expands the story beyond the primary suite, carrying the home’s warm, tailored character through the kitchen, living spaces, bathrooms, laundry room, flex room, and other everyday spaces. The goal was to create a stronger sense of continuity throughout the house while giving each room enough personality to feel collected rather than repeated.

Throughout the home, we layered warm wood tones, natural stone, aged brass, custom millwork, and deeper, moodier finishes to create spaces that feel refined without becoming overly formal. In the kitchen, a double-island layout, custom cabinetry, plaster detailing, and a dramatic bar were designed to support both daily life and entertaining. The butler’s pantry was treated with the same level of intention, using full-height storage, integrated lighting, and a rolling library ladder to make a hardworking space feel architectural and memorable.

The smaller rooms became opportunities to bring in more character. Color-drenched cabinetry, textured wall finishes, custom storage, and tailored lighting give the bathrooms, laundry room, and flex spaces their own identities while still feeling connected to the rest of the home.

Phase 2 is ultimately about making the entire house feel as considered as the primary suite—layered, personal, and designed around the way the home is actually lived in.
