Earthen Ease began with a boutique financial office that needed to feel more inviting without losing the sense of professionalism clients expect from the space. We focused on two areas with very different needs: an upstairs lounge for casual meetings and independent work, and a conference room that needed a more thoughtful, functional refresh.

In the lounge, we leaned into comfort with soft seating, a hand-tied wool rug, natural materials, and organic shapes that make the space feel less like a traditional office and more like a place where people can settle in. A custom coffee bar and added storage gave the room more purpose while keeping everything visually clean and organized.

The conference room already had a strong foundation, so instead of replacing everything, we worked with the existing table and focused on the details that would make the biggest difference. New lighting, custom drapery, artwork, and layered textures softened the room and gave it a warmer, more finished feel.

Throughout both spaces, the goal was to strike the right balance between professional and personal. The finished office feels calm and elevated, but still comfortable and approachable—a workplace designed around how people actually meet, work, and connect.
