Contemporary Casa Vida began with the opportunity to shape a new home from the ground up, creating a strong architectural identity while making more than 7,000 square feet feel warm, connected, and comfortable.

The design draws from Spanish architecture without feeling overly traditional. Vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, natural stone, and warm finishes bring texture and character to the home, while cleaner lines and more contemporary details keep the spaces feeling current. Large windows bring in natural light and create a strong connection between the interiors and the surrounding landscape.

With a home of this scale, one of the biggest priorities was making sure each space felt connected to the next without becoming repetitive. Materials, lighting, cabinetry, and architectural details were carried thoughtfully throughout the home, creating consistency while still giving individual rooms their own personality.

The finished home feels refined but relaxed—a modern interpretation of Spanish design that balances character, function, and the way the home is meant to be lived in every day.
